Technical Lead

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Technical Lead to lead our software development team in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and experience in modern web technologies. The Technical Lead will be responsible for mentoring developers, reviewing code, ensuring best development practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of software developers.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications.

Review code and ensure coding standards, security, and best practices are followed.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to gather requirements.

Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and performance support to team members.

Participate in system architecture, database design, and API development.

Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.

Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.

Conduct technical discussions, sprint planning, and code reviews.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.

Required Skills

Strong experience in Python, FastAPI, and REST API development.

Proficiency in React.js or Angular.

Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or other relational databases.

Good knowledge of SQLAlchemy, ORM concepts, and database optimization.

Experience with Git, GitHub, and version control.

Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.

Understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and microservices.

Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is an advantage.

Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodology.

Experience leading development teams and managing project delivery.
