Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Job Description:

Strong administration experience in Microsoft SQL Server (On Prem, Azure SQL Database, Azure SQL Managed Instance). . Design and manage High Availability & DR solutions (AlwaysOn AG, FCI, Log Shipping, Geo replication). . Monitor and optimize performance (I/O latency, wait stats, TempDB, blocking, indexing, query tuning). . Manage backup, restore, and DR testing aligned to RPO/RTO requirements. . Hands on experience with Azure PaaS networking (VNet, Private Endpoints) and Azure monitoring tools. . Implement database security (RBAC, TDE, Always Encrypted, Auditing, Entra ID integration). . Develop automation using PowerShell, T SQL, SQL Agent, and Azure Automation. . Perform capacity planning, storage optimization, and support cost governance initiatives. . Handle P1/P2 incidents, conduct RCA, and provide production stabilization support. . Support database migrations, upgrades, assessments, and modernization initiatives
