Internship - Lean and Agile Transformation

Support Agile teams and Agile coaches in daily execution and continuous improvement by assisting with ceremonies, workshops, and team coordination. Create clear notes, summaries, and documentation to keep teams aligned, while developing practical experience in Agile ways of working, problem-solving, and collaboration within an international environment.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

Agile Team Support: Support Agile teams in their day-to-day work while learning how Agile is applied in practice.

Continuous Improvement: Help identify and understand team challenges, and contribute ideas to improve ways of working.

Coach & Ceremony Support: Assist Agile coaches in preparing and running team activities such as workshops and ceremonies.

Documentation & Alignment: Create simple and useful outputs (e.g., notes, summaries, documentation) to help teams stay aligned.

Agile Skills Development: Build practical skills in Agile ways of working, problem-solving, and collaborating effectively in an international team.

Internship Learning Outcomes:

Agile Methodology: Gain practical understanding of Agile frameworks and how they are applied in a real international team setting.

Facilitation & Coordination: Develop skills in facilitating team events, tracking actions, and maintaining team artifacts.

Documentation & Communication: Build confidence in documenting workflows and communicating clearly across teams.

Problem Identification: Learn to identify inefficiencies and contribute to continuous improvement discussions.

Professional Development: Strengthen analytical, organizational, and collaborative skills in a global working environment.

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

Education: Are pursuing a degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Interest in Agile: Have a keen interest in Agile methodologies, team dynamics, and continuous improvement practices.

Communication Skills: Possess good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Organisational Skills: Are detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
