We are looking for experienced professionals who are passionate about people, workforce, and organisational transformation to join us as Senior Associates / Assistant Managers. You will play a key role in supporting project delivery, managing workstreams, engaging client stakeholders, and contributing to business development initiatives across a broad range of transformation programmes.

Your responsibilities may include:
Managing project workstreams and supporting end-to-end delivery of transformation programmes
Conducting analyses and developing recommendations related to workforce, organisation, talent, leadership, culture, and HR transformation
Preparing and reviewing presentations, reports, and client-ready deliverables
Facilitating workshops, stakeholder engagement sessions, and change management activities
Supporting the design and implementation of transformation strategies and solutions
Managing day-to-day client interactions and coordinating project activities across teams
Contributing to proposal development, solution design, thought leadership, and business development activities
Coaching and providing guidance to junior team members

The Ideal Candidate Should Possess the Following
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Sociology, Communications, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, Social Sciences, or a related discipline
3–6 years of relevant experience in management consulting, people consulting, organisational transformation, change management, HR transformation, talent management, workforce strategy, learning and development, or related fields
Experience supporting and managing workstreams within transformation, HR, workforce, or organisational change projects
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking capabilities
Ability to translate data and insights into practical and actionable recommendations
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and stakeholder engagement capabilities
Experience developing client deliverables and executive-level presentations
Self-motivated, responsive, responsible, and results-oriented
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across clients, teams, and disciplines
Resourceful, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Demonstrated ability to mentor junior team members and contribute to team development
