Job Description

We partner with clients to design and implement people-centric transformation programmes that align workforce strategy with business priorities, enabling organisational agility, workforce effectiveness, and long-term growth.
We are seeking experienced consulting professionals who are passionate about people, workforce, and organisational transformation to join us as Managers. You will play a key role in leading client engagements, managing project teams, developing client relationships, and driving business development initiatives across a broad range of transformation programmes.

Your responsibilities may include:
Leading the delivery of complex transformation programmes and managing project teams
Advising senior client stakeholders on workforce, organisation, talent, leadership, culture, and HR transformation priorities
Designing and implementing organisation transformation, change management, and workforce strategies
Managing client relationships and ensuring high-quality project outcomes
Leading workshops, stakeholder engagement sessions, and executive presentations
Contributing to proposal development, solution design, thought leadership, and business development activities
Coaching and developing junior team members

The Ideal Candidate Should Possess the Following
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Sociology, Communications, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, Social Sciences, or a related discipline
Minimum 6–8 years of relevant experience in management consulting, people consulting, organisational transformation, change management, HR transformation, workforce strategy, talent management, or related fields
Demonstrated experience leading workstreams or large-scale transformation projects and delivering measurable business outcomes
Strong knowledge and practical experience in one or more of the following areas:
Organisation & Workforce Transformation
HR Transformation
Change Management
Organisation Design
Talent and Leadership Strategy
Learning and Capability Development
Post-Merger Integration and Workforce Due Diligence
Experience developing and implementing change management strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, communication plans, training strategies, and adoption initiatives
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentation and facilitation capabilities
Strong client-facing, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
Resourceful, analytical, and commercially minded with strong problem-solving capabilities
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and project teams in a fast-paced consulting environment
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Preferred Attributes
Experience in a leading management consulting, human capital consulting, or professional services environment
Experience managing senior stakeholders and C-suite executives
Strong business development experience, including proposal writing, solution development, and pursuit support
Passion for emerging trends in workforce transformation, HR technology, people analytics, AI, and the future of work
Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop junior consultants
