ACT centralizes commission rules for our indirect distribution partners (OTAs, travel agencies, TMCs, metasearch partners, etc.) and, by combining them with hotel PMS data, accurately calculates the commissions due for each reservation before sending payment instructions to our payment partner.
As we deploy ACT across thousands of hotels worldwide, we are looking for a motivated intern to support our Product Adoption & Change Management activities.

Supporting the preparation and execution of product launches and migration waves across multiple countries and brands
Collecting and analyzing user feedback to identify adoption challenges and opportunities for improvement
Continuously enhancing training content, communication materials and the overall user onboarding experience
Translating new product features into clear, user-friendly documentation in collaboration with the Product team
Supporting webinars, training sessions and internal communication campaigns
Helping maintain a consistent, up-to-date and engaging knowledge base for hotels and internal teams
Collaborating daily with Business, Product and Migration teams in an international environment
What you'll gain
Contribute to the global rollout of a strategic product used by thousands of hotels worldwide
Work alongside Product Managers, Business Experts and Migration Specialists in an international environment
Gain hands-on experience in product launches, change management and user adoption
Take ownership of impactful deliverables with high visibility across the organization
Develop practical skills in digital learning, product communication and stakeholder management
If you enjoy creating engaging content, working with international teams and helping users successfully adopt innovative digital products, we'd love to hear from you.
