Job Description

This is where your greatest challenge awaits:

Within Accor's Group Finance Department, the PME FP&A team drives the financial performance of the Premium, Midscale & Economy division - one of the Group's most strategic scopes, spanning over 5,700 hotels across 110 countries. You will join an international team at the heart of the financial decisions shaping the future of the division.

Your mission:

As a member of the PME FP&A team, you will actively contribute to a variety of key missions supporting management and Group finance teams:

Ensure data accuracy and integrity across the division (network, statistics, P&L, and cash flow)

Prepare and deliver monthly reports and ad-hoc analyses for PME Management

Support regional FP&A teams and collaborate with Group FP&A

Develop templates and guidelines for performance reviews

Monitor the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and business plans within the division

Partner with other finance teams, including Hotel Finance, Development, and SMDL-AT

Qualifications

And you?

Advanced technical expertise in financial analysis and modeling

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to precision

Curiosity, transparency, and excellent communication skills

Fluency in English, both written and spoken

Prior experience in finance or an analytical field (e.g., business performance) is a plus
