About this Position
As the Regional CoE Head Total Rewards Europe, you will lead the development, implementation, and continuous evolution of Henkel's Total Rewards strategy across the European region with more than 30 countries. In this strategic leadership role, you will ensure that compensation, incentive, and benefits programs support business objectives, remain competitive in the market, and foster employee engagement while optimizing costs. You will work closely with local, regional, and global stakeholders to drive harmonization, governance, and innovation across the rewards landscape.
What you´ll do
Shape and lead Henkel's Total Rewards strategy across Europe, ensuring competitive, equitable, and business-aligned reward programs that support organizational performance and talent objectives
Drive harmonization, governance and continuous improvement of rewards policies and processes across Europe and ensure consistent application of reward principles across the region while balancing local market requirements, regulatory obligations, and business needs
Partner closely with Global Centers of Expertise and cross-functional stakeholders to develop innovative reward solutions and share best practices across the region
Act as a trusted advisor to regional and local stakeholders on Total Rewards matters by interpreting market trends, benchmarking insights, legislative developments, and cost dynamics, and providing strategic recommendations
Guide and develop the European Total Rewards CoE team, fostering collaboration, capability building, and strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
Serve as an active member of the European leadership team, providing transparent communication, ensuring compliance, and aligning stakeholders on key initiatives, priorities, and challenges
What makes you a good fit
University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Economics, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in a regional Total Rewards role within a global multinational organization or similarly complex environment
Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and drive outcomes through influence in a matrix organization
Strong expertise in compensation, benefits, reward strategy, and market benchmarking
Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging data and insights to support decision-making
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with the ability to engage and challenge stakeholders at all levels
Growth mindset, adaptability, and advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
