Regional IT Manager Germany (f/m/x)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Regional IT Manager (f/m/x) to lead the delivery, security, and continuous improvement of our IT and OT infrastructure, ensuring reliable operations across manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics environments in Germany. You will drive IT strategy, standardization, and operational excellence while leading a team and partnering with business leaders.

Your Mission

Oversee and continuously improve IT infrastructure services, including networks, servers, end-user devices, voice systems, and help desk support.

Ensure reliable, high-availability IT operations across manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics environments.

Manage and strengthen IT and OT infrastructure and security across networks, server environments, enterprise platforms.

Standardize and optimize IT operations by implementing governance, core processes, and OneIT standards across all locations.

Ensure robust IT business continuity, data integrity, system protection, and proactive monitoring to prevent incidents and security breaches.

Develop and execute the IT infrastructure strategy in partnership with business and regional stakeholders to support organizational objectives.

Lead, coach, and develop the IT team while fostering a high-performance, customer-focused culture.

Manage technology vendors, contracts, and budgets, driving continuous improvement, cost optimization, and operational excellence.

Your Profile

Proven expertise in IT infrastructure, networks, client management, and supporting factory operations.

Demonstrated experience leading and developing high-performing IT teams across multiple locations.

Strong track record of delivering infrastructure and network projects in complex, high-availability production environments.

5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, operations, or engineering, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.

Ability to align IT capabilities with operational requirements in fast-paced production environments

Fluent in German and English

Availability of traveling up to 60%
