Your tasks

In this exciting position we are looking for an experienced business intelligence and data analyst with the following key responsibilities:

Create automated visual dashboards in Power BI required from CBS business teams and build data visualization reports and tools for self-service consumption of data

Analyze and validate data to ensure high data quality and reliable insights

Resolve data / reporting issues through configuration, data cleansing, de-duplication, consolidation and rationalisation of reporting requirements where appropriate

Translate business requirements from business users into design specifications and data modelling

Build and maintain Semantic and data models

Build & maintain relationships with business functions/IT/countries and consultants.

Partner with business teams/stakeholders to improve data assets, quality, metrics and insights.

Support the business intelligence strategy and monitor stakeholders’/countries’ effort to fall in line with the overall strategy

Support collecting reporting requirements and organize BI trainings with CBS countries and business functions

Our requirements

University degree in mathematics, computer science, statistics or business, logistics with focus on analytics or relevant work experience

Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, dashboard development, and data visualization including DAX and Power Query.

Solid understanding of data modeling, data transformation, and reporting architectures.

Knowledge of Tabular Editor, SQL, data warehousing concepts, and ETL processes is a plus.

Experience with Databricks and modern cloud-based data platforms is a plus

Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working and enthusiasm for cooperation within a dynamic team

Passion for data, analytics, and continuous learning.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of logical thinking.

Very good communication skills as well as commitment and resilience

Intercultural competence, e.g. through a longer stay abroad in previous professional positions, during studies or through relevant work experience

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Fluent English language skills. Any European language is a plus
