Shape the Future of Employee Relations within FNZ
FNZ is seeking an Employee Relations Transformation Lead to join our People & Culture team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is a unique opportunity to lead the implementation of one of the most significant UK employment law transformation programmes in recent years. As legislation evolves and new employment rights are introduced across 2026 and 2027, you'll play a critical role in ensuring FNZ remains compliant, operationally ready, and positioned for success.
You'll work at the heart of a major organisational change programme, translating complex legal and regulatory requirements into practical people frameworks, governance controls, operating models, and manager capability initiatives across FNZ's UK operations.
Working closely with Legal, Employee Relations, Payroll, HR Systems, People Operations, Learning & Development and senior business leaders, you'll help shape how FNZ responds to a rapidly changing employment landscape while protecting the organisation from legal, regulatory, reputational and employee relations risk.

This is far more than a traditional Employee Relations role.
You'll lead and influence large-scale people transformation activity, partnering across the business to deliver legislative change programmes that impact policies, employee relations frameworks, governance structures, payroll processes, manager capability, employee communications and operational readiness.
