Job Title: Embedded Firmware Developer (ARM)
Location: Pune

Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Embedded Firmware Developer with strong experience in ARM-based systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing firmware for embedded systems. Experience in the medical devices domain will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop embedded firmware for ARM-based microcontrollers and processorsWork on low-level programming including device drivers, board support packages (BSP), and hardware abstraction layers
Collaborate with hardware teams to bring up new boards and debug hardware-software issues
Optimize system performance, memory usage, and power consumption
Develop and maintain documentation for firmware design and architecture
Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging activities
Ensure compliance with coding standards and quality processes
Required Skills
Strong experience in ARM architecture and embedded systems
Proficiency in C/C++ programming for embedded environments
Experience with RTOS (such as FreeRTOS, VxWorks, or similar)
Hands-on experience with peripheral interfaces like SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, USB
Strong debugging skills using tools like JTAG, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
Good to Have
Experience in medical devices domain
Knowledge of regulatory standards such as IEC 62304
Experience with safety-critical systems and compliance processes
Familiarity with embedded Linux is a plus
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Embedded Systems, Computer Science, or related field
