Roles & Responsibilities Job Title Senior Python Developer Experience 1-2 Years Position Full-time Working Mode Job Summary On-site The Senior Python Developer at SandCup is responsible for building, maintaining, and scaling backend systems, APIs, data-driven applications, and full stack workflows that support client products and internal platforms. This role requires strong hands-on experience in Python development, system design, third-party integrations, and modern development practices, including AI-assisted workflows. The developer will work across backend systems, frontend integration, database structures, and application performance to ensure solutions are reliable, scalable, and aligned with product and business goals. This role requires ownership beyond task execution, with the ability to translate business requirements into structured technical solutions and contribute to systems from concept to delivery. Responsibilities To develop, maintain, and enhance scalable backend systems using Python. To design and build APIs, services, and data-driven applications for web-based products and platforms. To work across full stack development, including frontend integration where required. To translate business requirements into clear, structured, and maintainable technical solutions. To integrate third-party services, external tools, APIs, and AI-based workflows into applications. To ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability through debugging, testing, and optimization. To collaborate with design, product, frontend, and development teams for end-to-end delivery. To participate in technical discussions, reviews, and solution planning to improve system architecture and development workflows. To maintain clean code practices, version control, and documentation for long-term maintainability.
