Robert Half's client is seeking an experienced E-Learning Designer to support the development of online training programs and e-learning applications. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-to-senior-level designer who can independently transform storyboards into engaging, polished learning experiences in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 1-month initial engagement with potential extension based on project volume and performance
Hours: Up to 40+ hours/week
Responsibilities
Design graphics, layouts, and UI elements for e-learning courses and training modules
Convert storyboards into interactive learning experiences
Collaborate with instructional designers, writers, and developers
Ensure designs meet Section 508 accessibility standards
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment
Required Qualifications
Experience designing for e-learning or training environments
Proficiency with Articulate Storyline, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator
Strong typography, layout, and visual design skills
Knowledge of accessibility/Section 508 compliance
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
Strong portfolio showcasing relevant work
Preferred Qualifications
Animation experience
Corporate training or instructional design background
Healthcare industry experience

The hourly for this position is $37-54/hr on W2. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance. Compensation
This Other role pays $77k-$112k/yr. Within typical range for other roles in United States.
