Solution Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced Solution Designer / Solution Architect with deep technical expertise across Java, .NET, Microservices Architecture, and AWS Cloud. You will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise solutions, driving architecture decisions, defining technology roadmaps, and guiding development teams through successful implementation.

This role requires strong experience in application modernization, cloud-native architecture, API-led integration, distributed systems, and enterprise transformation initiatives, ideally within regulated or financial services environments.

Responsibilities

Design end-to-end enterprise solutions using Java, .NET, Microservices, and AWS technologies.

Define application architecture, integration patterns, security standards, and deployment models.

Lead solution design workshops with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams.

Produce High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation.

Drive modernization of legacy applications to cloud-native microservices architecture.

Design scalable and resilient systems using containerization and orchestration platforms.

Define API strategies, integration frameworks, and event-driven architectures.

Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD implementation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

Provide technical leadership, architecture governance, and design reviews.

Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, performance, and availability requirements.

Mentor development teams and establish architectural best practices.

Skills

Must have

15-20+ years of experience in software engineering, with significant time spent in a solution design / solution architecture capacity.

Strong hands-on and design-level expertise in Java and .NET technology stacks.

Proven experience architecting and delivering Microservices-based solutions.

Strong working knowledge of AWS Cloud services and cloud-native design principles.

Experience with containerization and orchestration platforms (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

Demonstrated experience in application modernization - migrating legacy monolithic systems to cloud-native microservices.

Strong understanding of API-led integration, API management, and event-driven architecture patterns.

Experience defining and enforcing security, compliance, performance, and availability standards within solution designs.

Experience working with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tooling.

Ability to produce clear, detailed HLD and LLD documentation.

Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience leading design workshops involving business, product, and technical teams.

Experience providing architecture governance, design assurance, and technical mentorship to development teams.
