Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce CPQ QA Engineer with strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Lightning, Automation Testing, and Selenium. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience testing Salesforce CPQ implementations, validating Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes, and developing robust automation frameworks to ensure high-quality enterprise Salesforce applications.

Key Responsibilities

Perform functional, regression, integration, and automation testing for Salesforce applications.

Validate end-to-end Salesforce CPQ (Quote-to-Cash) business processes, including Product Configuration, Pricing, Discounting, Approvals, Amendments, Renewals, and Order Generation.

Develop and maintain automation test scripts using Selenium or equivalent automation frameworks.

Test Salesforce Lightning Experience, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CPQ functionalities.

Validate Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, and perform basic troubleshooting using Apex and SOQL.

Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, and Product Owners in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Execute test plans, identify defects, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely defect resolution.

Participate in sprint planning, test execution, and release validation activities.

Required Skills

4+ years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance.

2+ years of hands-on Automation Testing experience on the Salesforce Platform.

Strong experience testing Salesforce CPQ implementations.

Experience with Selenium or similar automation tools.

Good understanding of Salesforce Lightning Experience.

Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

Strong knowledge of the Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) lifecycle.

Basic understanding of Apex and SOQL.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience supporting distributed Onsite/Offshore teams.

Knowledge of Salesforce security, role-based access, and portal configurations.

Familiarity with CI/CD and test automation best practices.

Work Model

Initial 3 months: Work From Home with night shift support.

Regular shift: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST (+30 minutes handover).

Candidates may be required to visit the office 3–4 days per month with prior notice.

Stable internet connection and power backup are mandatory.

In case of connectivity issues, candidates should be available to work from the office.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
