HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

With your exceptional operational abilities and business savviness, you will be instrumental in:

Psychosocial Hazard Management:

Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the organisation's psychosocial risk management framework.

Conduct and oversee psychosocial risk assessments, including identification, analysis, and mitigation strategies.

Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, including all state-based requirements.

Partner with stakeholders to embed healthy work practices and continuously enhance organizational culture.

Analyze psychological data to inform targeted interventions.

Workers' Compensation & Injury Management:

Oversee end-to-end workers' compensation claims management, collaborating with internal and external partners.

Drive early intervention strategies to minimize injury impact and improve recovery outcomes.

Collaborate with insurers, legal providers, and rehabilitation specialists to optimize claims performance.

Health and Safety & Risk Management:

Provide expert advice on WHS legislation, risk management, and safety systems.

Lead incident investigations, ensuring root cause analysis and systemic improvements.

Champion a proactive safety culture focused on prevention rather than reaction.

Support the implementation and monitoring of Health and Safety compliance across boutiques, Richemont offices, and Service Centres.

Deliver health and safety training to employees in boutiques, Richemont offices, and Service Centres.

Conduct HSE risk assessments, propose mitigation measures, and prepare security concepts/plans for various company events.

Other Duties:

Maintain data, information, drawings, and documents related to physical security, health, and safety.

Support the delivery and execution of events.

Perform other duties related to security, health & safety as instructed by the PS and HSE Manager.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

We believe in shared success and understanding that with your actions you elevate your team and Maison. To contribute to team success, you will have:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent demonstrated experience in workers' compensation, WHS, and/or organizational wellbeing roles. Retail experience is advantageous.

Experience implementing psychosocial hazard management frameworks.

Strong understanding of Australian safety regulations and safe work practices, including comprehensive knowledge of workers' compensation legislation across Australia and New Zealand.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships and influence leaders and teams to embed a proactive safety culture.

Excellent presentation skills.

Ability to travel as required.

Ability to respond to incidents as required by the business.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

If your interviews are successful, you will commence your journey with us after all required pre-employment screenings (including police checks) have been successfully completed.
