About this Position

What you´ll do

Lead and develop the Product Line Management & Pricing team, providing clear direction and performance management while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement

Set and embed pricing governance, defining clear price corridors and pass through mechanisms, and partnering with Commercial teams to strengthen value-based pricing and margin delivery

Orchestrate cross functional and global initiatives with central teams, aligning stakeholders in a matrix and converting strategic priorities into structured programs with measurable outcomes

Own and steer end to end product lifecycle management, regulatory compliance and maintenance, and timely phase out decisions aligned to business strategy

Shape and govern the regional portfolio, balancing complexity, customer value, and profitability to enable sustainable growth and operational efficiency

Partner with Procurement and Supply Chain to drive value chain optimization, delivering cost reduction roadmaps and ensuring transparency on key raw material and packaging cost drivers

Lead the continuous development of pricing models and analytics, utilizing data-driven insights to guide strategic pricing decisions, optimize margins, and enhance competitive positioning across EIMEA

What makes you a good fit

University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering or Chemistry

Minimum 8 years of experience in Pricing and/or Product Line Management in a multinational B2B environment

Strong stakeholder and matrix leadership with ability to align diverse teams and influence decisions up to senior management level

Highly analytical and structured, translating data into clear recommendations and measurable business impact

Proven ability to lead change and deliver cross functional projects combined with working knowledge of pricing systems and tools (e.g., PROS or ACE) and SAP

Fluent in English
