Job Description: SFDC Technical Project Lead & Agile Scrum Master

We are seeking a skilled SFDC Technical Project Lead who can also perform the role of an Agile Scrum Master to drive end-to-end delivery of Salesforce programs. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical understanding of Salesforce with hands-on project leadership and agile delivery expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Salesforce project delivery across discovery, design, build, testing, and deployment.

Act as Scrum Master: run sprint ceremonies, manage backlog, remove blockers, and ensure agile best practices.

Coordinate with architects, developers, QA, product owners, and business stakeholders.

Translate business requirements into technical solutions and oversee build quality.

Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and deliverables, ensuring on-time execution.

Manage releases, environments, and DevOps alignment.

Required Skills:

6–10 years of Salesforce delivery experience with strong understanding of Sales/Service Cloud, integrations, and platform capabilities.

Proven experience as Scrum Master in Salesforce or cloud projects.

Strong communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to guide technical teams, review solutions, and ensure adherence to best practices.

Good to Have:

Certifications: CSM/PSM , Salesforce Admin/PD1 , Agile certifications.
