Java developer + Agentic Ai

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Java Developer with a strong passion for and experience in Agentic AI to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in designing, developing, and deploying robust, scalable, and intelligent applications. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Java development, particularly with Spring Boot and microservices, combined with practical experience in integrating and leveraging Agentic AI principles and Large Language Models (LLMs) to create intelligent, autonomous systems. You will be instrumental in bridging traditional enterprise application development with cutting-edge AI capabilities, driving innovation, and delivering transformative solutions.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and reliable Java-based applications using Spring Boot and microservice architectures.

Implement and integrate Agentic AI capabilities into existing and new software systems, focusing on intelligent automation, decision-making, and autonomous task execution.

Work extensively with Large Language Models (LLMs), including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and integrating them into application workflows to enhance functionality and user experience.

Develop and manage APIs (RESTful) for seamless communication between various services and AI components.

Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and other developers to define requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality software.

Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and testable code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.

Participate actively in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality and maintainability.

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance and scalability issues.

Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Java technologies, AI, machine learning, and Agentic AI frameworks.

Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing, deployment, and operational support.

Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and automated software delivery.
