Job Summary

Plus UAE Group is looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer capable of managing the complete development lifecycle of websites, web applications, business portals and internal software.

The candidate must also have practical knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, marketing automation and AI tools. This position requires someone who can build, deploy, optimize and continuously improve digital platforms that generate leads and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Development

Develop responsive websites, web applications, dashboards and customer portals.

Build and maintain front-end and back-end systems.

Convert business requirements into secure, scalable digital solutions.

Develop APIs and integrate third-party services.

Design and manage databases.

Implement authentication, user roles and permission controls.

Develop CRM, lead-management, reporting and workflow features.

Integrate websites and applications with email, WhatsApp, CRM and payment systems.

Test, debug, deploy, document and maintain applications.

Manage hosting, domains, DNS, SSL, backups and server environments.

Optimize application speed, security, scalability and mobile responsiveness.

Provide ongoing technical support and resolve production issues.

Website Development

Develop and maintain corporate websites and high-converting landing pages.

Manage WordPress and custom-coded websites.

Implement enquiry forms, calculators, chatbots and lead-capture systems.

Improve website design, navigation, user experience and conversion rates.

Monitor website availability, performance and security.

SEO and Digital Marketing

Perform technical, on-page, off-page and local SEO.

Manage Google Analytics 4, Search Console and Tag Manager.

Improve website rankings, organic traffic and lead generation.

Develop SEO-friendly website structures and landing pages.

Support Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn campaigns.

Configure advertising pixels, conversion tracking and analytics.

Integrate campaign leads with CRM and automated follow-up workflows.

Support email, WhatsApp and omnichannel marketing activities.

Measure traffic, cost per lead, conversions and campaign performance.

AI and Automation

Use AI-assisted development tools for coding, testing and documentation.

Build AI-powered chatbots, content tools and business-process automations.

Automate lead capture, qualification, assignment, follow-up and reporting.

Connect AI services with websites, applications, CRM, email and WhatsApp.

Evaluate and implement new AI tools that improve productivity and customer experience.

Maintain security, confidentiality and human review of AI-generated outputs.

Required Technical Skills

HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and TypeScript;

React.js, Next.js or similar front-end frameworks;

Node.js, PHP, Python or comparable back-end technologies;

MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB or similar databases;

REST APIs and third-party integrations;

Git and version-control workflows;

WordPress development and customization;

Responsive design and UI/UX fundamentals;

Hosting, cloud deployment, DNS, SSL and server management;

Website security and performance optimization;

Google Analytics, Search Console and Tag Manager;

Technical SEO and conversion tracking;

AI coding and automation tools.

Knowledge of Zoho, CRM systems, low-code platforms, workflow-automation tools, Google Ads, Meta Ads or LinkedIn Campaign Manager will be an advantage.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 5 years of full stack development experience.

Strong portfolio of live websites, web applications or software products.

Ability to manage projects independently from requirement gathering to deployment.

Practical experience with SEO and digital-marketing integrations.

Experience using AI development and automation tools.

Strong debugging, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good understanding of application security and data protection.

Good written and spoken English.

Experience working on UAE or GCC projects is preferred.

Must work full-time from the Infopark, Kochi office.
