At Max Life Insurance, we believe in comprehensiveness and always staying ahead of industry. To enable this, we have a carved out a new role which is more dynamic and techno-digital. Responsible for managing team of outsourced staff by providing deep functional and technical expertise in designing and delivering end to end high performance flexible solutions for business requirements. He/ She would be also responsible to experiment, explore and demonstrate application of new technologies by means of conducting quick prototypes to solve business problems. Work with the direction from Solution Architect and co-create solutions with rest of the delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing Business Requirement for new product launches and product interventions in all systems in B2B and core platforms.
Partner with business teams and user functions to define business requirements to meet the product objectives. Ensure requirements are within our business standards and guidelines and align to our business strategy and objectives.
Transform Business requirements/ask into user stories.
Involved in creating a prototype and ensuring that product is tested for technical robustness
End to end ownership of solutions from Designing till their implementation (done in Project Mode)
Review Work closely with different business partners and CFT (cross functional team) to create future ready solutions covering digital, automation, APIs, integration and Resource management.
Responsible for building and managing governance processes and making sure teams are consciously adhering to Processes.
Provide technical expertise in solving/troubleshooting performance other non-functional requirements
Training Knowledge Management within the team and stakeholders
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
To demonstrate collaborative relationship with the business users and other members of the DigitalTeam
Responsible for overall performance, cost and delivery of technology solutions
Measures of Success:
Alignment of IT landscape to overall vision and blue prints
GTM (Go to Market), built quality cost of built
SLA Compliance, and defect density
Exceptional user (internal/external) experience, automation and operational efficiency.
Stakeholder feedback and Internal Team Feedback, Healthy working environment
Key competencies/skills required:
At least 4 years of experience in Business Analyst /Program Management.
Experience on individual life insurance product launches is preferable.
Should have worked on Agile Methodologies with exposure to tools like Jira etc.
Understanding on micro services based architecture and have worked on API integrations projects.
Experience inapplication trouble shooting and interface related issues.
End to End designing of applications with backend integration
Passionate Problem Solver and “Can do attitude”, self-driven with sound communication articulation skills
Desired qualifications and experience:
B.E / MCA / MBA //degree from a reputed institute
Minimum 6-7 years of experience in BFSI domain
3-4 years of business analysis experience with hands-on software development background
Should be working or should have worked with reputed organizations or startups
