Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced .NET Technical Lead with 12+ years of experience to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in C#, OOP principles, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core Web APIs, and PostgreSQL, along with strong technical leadership and mentoring capabilities. The role requires working closely with architects, business stakeholders, and development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable applications using C# and .NET Core

. Define technical architecture and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices

. Design and develop RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core Web API.

Review code, provide technical guidance, and mentor development teams.

Work with PostgreSQL for database design, optimization, query tuning, and performance improvements

. Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA, and cross-functional teams to deliver business requirements

. Drive technical discussions, solution design, and effort estimation

. Troubleshoot complex production issues and ensure timely resolution.

Support application deployments and oversee post-production support.

Ensure high standards of performance, scalability, security, and maintainability

Required Skills & Qualifications

12+ years of hands-on experience in .NET application development

. Strong expertise in C# and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.

Extensive experience with .NET Core / ASP.NET Core.

Strong experience in designing and developing RESTful Web APIs.

Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, including query optimization, indexing, joins, and performance tuning.

Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.

Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Proficiency with Git or other version control systems

. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Prior experience leading development teams and mentoring engineers.

Cloud & DevOps (Preferred) Good understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP). Experience with application hosting, storage services, and environment configuration. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment practices. Exposure to infrastructure automation is an added advantage

Leadership & Soft Skills

Strong technical leadership and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to mentor and guide development teams. Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced Agile environment. Strong ownership and accountability for project deliverables.

Good to Have Experience with Microservices Architecture. Knowledge of Docker and containerization. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Exposure to performance optimization and application modernization initiatives.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 per month

There is No PF or ESI due to contract position. The payroll is from sourcedear (third party) and the pay is fixed at 1,50,000 per month take home. Are you okay with this?
