Human Resource Services Lead-BPS

PG- Post Graduate – Specialization in Human Resource Management • The candidate should have at least 8+ years of work experience as an HR generalist preferably in a BPS environment • Should have an experience managing first level managers (for Manager HRBP profile) or even second level managers for Sr. Manager HRBP profile) • Should have managed a team span of 4 or more team members and 800+ employees • Understands IT/ITES culture • Excellent Oral and Written Communication skills • Good client interfacing skills • Energetic and self-driven individual, with a focus on self and team development • Employee development and performance management skills. • Ability to supervise and train the team, to improve organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments • Good knowledge and understanding of human resources concepts, practices, systems, procedures and current trends • Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions and judgments. • Flexible to work in shifts
