Job Summary

The Training Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing employee training and development programs to improve workforce performance, productivity, and compliance. The role involves identifying training needs, developing learning materials, conducting workshops, and evaluating training effectiveness across departments.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute company-wide training strategies and programs.

Identify employee skill gaps through assessments and performance reviews.

Create onboarding and continuous learning programs for new and existing employees.

Coordinate internal and external training sessions, workshops, and seminars.

Design training manuals, presentations, e-learning content, and instructional materials.

Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using KPIs and feedback.

Maintain training records and compliance documentation.

Collaborate with department heads to align training with business goals.

Manage training budgets, schedules, and vendor relationships.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field.

2-5 years of experience in training, learning & development, or HR management.

Strong presentation, communication, and leadership skills.

Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training software.

Ability to develop engaging training programs for diverse teams.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

Certification in Training & Development or HR (e.g., SHRM, CPTD).

Experience in corporate training environments.

Knowledge of performance management systems.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and e-learning platforms.
