Asst. HR Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Assistant Manager to support and manage end-to-end Human Resources operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, performance management, and statutory compliance while contributing to a positive and productive workplace.

Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end HR operations and ensure smooth day-to-day HR activities. Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Coordinate employee onboarding and induction programs. Support performance management processes, including appraisals and employee development initiatives. Foster employee engagement and maintain healthy employee relations. Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements. Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS accurately. Prepare HR reports, MIS, attendance, leave management, and other HR-related documentation. Address employee queries and support grievance handling. Coordinate training and development initiatives. Work closely with department heads to understand manpower requirements and support business objectives. Required Skills Strong knowledge of HR Operations and Recruitment. Experience in Employee Relations and Employee Engagement. Understanding of Performance Management Systems. Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliance. Good communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and HRMS tools. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred. Experience 5–7 years of relevant experience in HR Generalist/HR Operations roles. Experience in manufacturing or industrial organizations will be an added advantag

Pay: ₹15,527.40 - ₹35,543.78 per month
