Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Internal Audit Accounts professional to strengthen financial controls, ensure compliance, and improve operational efficiency. The candidate will be responsible for conducting internal audits, identifying risks, and ensuring adherence to accounting standards and company policies.Key Responsibilities Conduct internal audits across finance, accounts, and operational processes Review financial statements, ledgers, and accounting records for accuracy Identify process gaps, risks, and control weaknesses Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, GST, TDS, and company policies Perform variance analysis and investigate discrepancies Prepare and present audit reports with actionable recommendations Monitor implementation of audit findings and corrective actions Coordinate with cross-functional teams for audit requirements Support in external audits and statutory audits Evaluate internal controls and suggest improvements Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter preferred) Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles & Internal Audit Practices Hands-on experience in GST, TDS, Income Tax compliance Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems / MS Excel Good understanding of financial reporting and auditing standards Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and documentation skills Preferred Skills Experience in manufacturing / textile / export industry (Tiruppur advantage) Knowledge of risk management & compliance frameworks Exposure to ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) Key Competencies Attention to detail Audit & risk assessment mindset Integrity and confidentiality Time management & reporting skills

Pay: ₹18,660.32 - ₹45,017.63 per month
