Step Into Global SaaS Sales with Tes
The Opportunity
As an International Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving growth across Tes’s international platform, working closely with schools and organisations globally, with a strong focus on key markets across Asia.
This is a hands-on, new business role where you will build pipeline, win new clients, and help grow our presence across international regions.
You will gain real exposure to SaaS sales, working alongside experienced outbound leaders while engaging senior decision-makers and delivering impactful solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing
Build and manage your own pipeline across international markets
Drive new business through proactive outbound activity
Convert inbound leads into revenue opportunities
Deliver clear, value-led product demonstrations
Manage the full sales cycle from first contact through to close
Engage and influence senior decision-makers
Identify new opportunities to in key markets
What You Bring
2–3 years’ experience in B2B sales
A strong desire to step into a more challenging, growth-focused role
Confidence in speaking with new prospects and building relationships
Resilience, energy, and a proactive approach
A genuine interest in developing a career in SaaS and international sales
A track record of working towards or achieving sales targets
