What to Expect
Tesla is seeking a Channel Enablement & Events Manager to drive Residential Energy growth through high-impact marketing programs and partner engagement across Australia and New Zealand. This role sits at the intersection of demand generation, channel sales, and partner marketing.
You will predominantly focus on engaging and growing our Certified Installer network, developing co-marketing initiatives, building partnership programs, and collaborating with installers to make Tesla the first choice for their customers. Success in this role requires strong execution, clear coordination, and consistent brand alignment, with a focus on scalable, measurable programs and events that drive sales performance and installation growth.
What You'll Do
Partner with Demand Generation and Sales teams to develop targeted co-marketing strategies that drive Residential Energy sales performance, in line with Tesla brand guidelines
Lead execution of ongoing marketing and CI partnership programs
Develop partner marketing materials, including emails, toolkits, webinars, campaigns, and rebate initiatives
Plan and execute internal and Certified Installer events, including coordination of logistics, content, and follow-up
Create and track project timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and owners across multiple workstreams
Maintain and improve program reporting dashboards for accuracy and usability
Review Certified Installer marketing materials for compliance with Tesla brand guidelines
Create, maintain, and distribute documentation for new processes and workflows
Manage external agencies and vendors as needed
Monitor project budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities
What You'll Bring
4+ years of experience in marketing with a focus on customer acquisition and results-driven programs
Demonstrated experience in account management, sales, or partner-facing roles with a track record of building and maintaining strong commercial relationships; B2B experience is a plus
Experience in the energy or solar industry is preferred but not required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or 8+ years of relevant hands-on experience demonstrating exceptional ability
Strong analytical skills with the ability to build data-driven reports and extract actionable insights
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Intellectual curiosity, self-motivation, resourcefulness, and a drive to continuously improve processes and results
