Job Title: Purchase Executive Location: Nallagandla, Hyderabad Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month Experience: 0–1 Year Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage the procurement of materials required for interior design and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should possess basic knowledge of interior materials, vendor management, and purchase processes, ensuring timely procurement and smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, source, and procure materials required for ongoing interior projects.

Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.

Negotiate pricing, quality standards, and delivery schedules.

Prepare and track Purchase Orders (POs).

Monitor material deliveries and ensure timely supply to project sites.

Coordinate with site engineers, designers, and project managers regarding material requirements.

Maintain purchase records, bills, GRNs, and related documentation.

Conduct market research to identify new vendors and competitive pricing.

Monitor inventory levels and stock availability.

Visit vendor locations and project sites whenever required.

Requirements

Basic knowledge of interior materials such as plywood, laminates, hardware, electrical, plumbing, and related products.

Good communication, negotiation, and vendor coordination skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and basic documentation processes.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under deadlines.

Must own a bike and possess a valid driving license.
