What You'll Actually Do

Hunt for amazing talent across LinkedIn, job portals, and other corners of the internet.

Convince candidates that interviews are exciting, not terrifying.

Schedule interviews while juggling calendars like a magician.

Coordinate with hiring managers who want "the perfect candidate"... preferably yesterday.

Keep candidate databases neat enough to make Excel proud.

Send emails that people actually reply to.

Help create a smooth and memorable candidate experience.

Support onboarding so new hires don't spend Day 1 wondering where the coffee machine is.

Assist with employer branding, hiring campaigns, and other HR initiatives.

Learn how startups hire at lightning speed.

Who We're Looking For

You might be the one if you:

Love talking to people.

Have excellent communication skills .

Can multitask without opening 47 tabs... or at least remember why you opened them.

Are curious, proactive, and not afraid to ask questions.

Can stay organized even when everyone's calendar looks like a game of Tetris.

Know your way around Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.

Have a "Let's figure it out" attitude instead of "That's not my job."

Bonus Points If You

Have used LinkedIn Recruiter or any hiring platform.

Know what Boolean Search is (don't worry, we'll teach you if you don't).

Can spot a great resume in under two minutes.

Believe coffee and recruitment go hand in hand.
