Job Title: HR Recruiter
Experience: Minimum 2 Years Industry Preference: Manufacturing Joining: Immediate / Urgent
Job Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for both technical and non-technical positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and candidate onboarding.
Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of open positions.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Experience hiring technical roles (Production, Quality, Maintenance, Design, etc.) and non-technical roles (HR, Accounts, Admin, Sales, Purchase, etc.).
Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
