What's the role?

Join our Regional Commercial and Agri Banking team as a Senior Commercial Manager and help shape the future of businesses across the Central West region. Based in Orange, NSW, you'll manage an established Commercial Banking portfolio, which has been right sized for growth, with a strong focus on identifying opportunities to deepen relationships and win new business across all commercial business segments across the Central West and surrounding regions.

You'll work closely with customers, partners and internal specialists to deliver tailored banking and lending solutions that support growth, investment and long-term success. Leveraging your experience in cash flow lending, credit analysis and deal structuring, you'll play a key role in helping businesses achieve their ambitions while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You’ll be backed by a passionate, locally connected team who care deeply about their customers and community, with a strong local portfolio support structure in place, while giving you the space to shape your career and make a genuine impact across the Central West and surrounding regions.

This is a full-time opportunity based in Orange, NSW. Orange is one of regional Australia’s leading Commercial and Agribusiness centres, renowned for its strong Commercial business and agricultural sectors, attractive lifestyle, thriving food and wine industries, great services, and a wonderful progressive community.

What do I need?

Significant experience managing commercial banking customer relationships across diversified sectors.

Strong capability across cash flow lending, credit analysis and deal structuring

A proven ability to build trusted relationships and deliver strong customer outcomes

Experience identifying and securing new business opportunities

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a customer first mindset
