What You’ll Be Doing
Reporting to the WA States Sales Manager, this role is responsible for driving the growth of our Perth customer base through the execution of our Selleys Trade Sales strategy. You’ll be tasked with uncovering opportunities within businesses (existing and new customers across industrial, glazing and construction projects) and growing percentage share of wallet of our Selleys/Admil range of high quality products.
As a high performing and results-driven sales professional, you will have the natural ability to build effective relationships with Trade Distributors to generate profitable sales revenue by leveraging your experience in sales, account management and new business acquisition. Key to your success in this role will be your ability to follow through on specifications to ensure our products remains specified, identify and convert switching opportunities in the market, and provide expert technical advice and product support.
This role offers autonomy, variety and the right amount of challenge that will keep you learning and growing your knowledge and skills. You'll also be surrounded by a team of experts and leader who will support you to succeed in this role.

What We’re Looking for
Trade related sales experience with proven track record of exceeding sales goals through strategic thinking and customer engagement
Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to build lasting relationships
Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with broader teams
Support technical teams field trials and product testing activities
Technical knowledge of silicones, sealants, and adhesives (advantageous)
Proficient PC and Microsoft Office skills and exposure to using sales CRMs
Willingness to travel across the state, as required
