Primary Responsibilities:

Lead design, development, and AI solutioning aligned to business objectives

Translate business problems into scalable AI-driven architectures and solutions

Build, deploy, and optimize AI/ML models and pipelines

Drive integration of AI capabilities into applications and workflows

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the team

Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to define use cases

Ensure model performance, reliability, and production stability

Identify automation opportunities and implement AI-driven improvements

Oversee end-to-end delivery including development, testing, and support

Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field

Solid experience in AI/ML model development, deployment, and optimization

Solid understanding of data processing, APIs, and system integration

Expertise in full-stack development (React JS/Angular + backend technologies)

Proven expertise in AI solutioning, translating business problems into scalable AI-driven solutions

Proficiency in Python, Java, or similar programming languages

Proven ability to lead teams and drive end-to-end delivery

Proven excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
