About the Roles
Join our team as an Accounts Executive (Full Set) supporting a warehousing and storage organisation at Pioneer Road, within walking distance from Tuas Crescent MRT. This is a permanent role with a 5-day work schedule (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM), offering a competitive package with basic salary, AWS, performance incentive, VB, and medical & dental benefits.
What You’ll Be Doing
Maintain petty cash records and update cash book entries for all cash and cheque transactions in the accounting system.
Process supplier payments, staff payroll and other financial payments while tracking customer Duty Payment, Import GST and Import Duty.
Manage the full set of accounts, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, invoices, receipts, journal entries and payment follow-ups.
Update the fixed asset register and ensure depreciation schedules are accurately maintained.
Perform bank reconciliations and assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
Prepare financial statements, management reports, profitability reports and variance analysis reports.
Review and reconcile intercompany balances and transactions.
Compile audit schedules, prepare supporting documents and coordinate with external auditors, tax agents and the company secretary.
Support corporate income tax filings and ensure accounting records comply with relevant statutory and tax requirements.
Process monthly payroll matters including overtime, incentives, CPF contributions, staff claims and reimbursements.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders on accounting-related matters.
Maintain accurate and organised financial documentation while providing general administrative support and handling other assigned duties.
What We’re Looking For
Possess a Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related field.
Have relevant experience managing full sets of accounts, month-end closing, financial reporting, payroll, CPF submissions, tax and audit preparation.
Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Possess good knowledge of Singapore accounting, tax and statutory requirements.
Experience with import duties, Import GST, freight forwarding or logistics accounting will be advantageous.
Strong numerical, analytical, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently or collaboratively within a team.
Candidates with relevant transferable accounting experience may also be considered.
