As a Product Specialist, you will play a key role in driving the success of our Core Products portfolio by partnering with Global Product Managers, Sales, Operations, and cross-functional teams. You will support product lifecycle management, technical and commercial inquiries, pricing strategies, product promotions, and data-driven business decisions that contribute to profitable growth and an exceptional customer experience.

Our Team

You will join the CCS Micro Solutions Business Unit (MSBU), a leader in designing and manufacturing interconnect and electronic solutions, specializing in micro signal connectors for the consumer market. As part of a global, cross-functional team, you will collaborate closely with Product Management, Sales, Operations, Engineering, Marketing, and Supply Chain to deliver reliable, high-quality, and timely product support. Together, we strive to be a trusted strategic partner, driving sustainable business growth through proactive collaboration and customer-focused solutions.

What You Will Do

Partner with Global Product Managers to execute product lifecycle strategies that drive business growth and profitability.

Serve as the primary point of contact for technical and commercial product inquiries, delivering timely and effective support to internal and external stakeholders.

Support pricing strategies, business opportunities, and profitability initiatives through data-driven analysis and cross-functional collaboration to enable informed business decisions.

Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering teams to promote products, support customer engagement, and identify new business opportunities.

Contribute to the development and maintenance of product collateral and New Product Introduction (NPI) deliverables to ensure accurate and consistent product information.

Deliver product training and presentations to internal teams and customers, strengthening product knowledge and market adoption.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.

Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Management, Sales, Technical Support, or Project Management within the electronic manufacturing industry.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional and global teams.

What Will Put You Ahead

Experience in Product Management within the global connector or electronics manufacturing industry.

Knowledge of SAP, Power BI, and Power Automate.

Understanding of product and project management methodologies.

Strong business, financial, and commercial acumen with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Experience working with global teams and supporting customer-facing business initiatives.
