You are passionate about fashion and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. As a Stock Associate and Michael Kors Ambassador, you support all back-of-house operations while helping to foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive team culture.

Organized, adaptable, and proactive, you approach every task with focus, accuracy, and a strong sense of ownership.

What You’ll DoStock Management and Operations

Receive, check, and process deliveries and stock transfers accurately, on time, and in line with brand procedures.

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient stockroom.

Replenish the sales floor regularly to ensure optimal product availability.

Support inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and biannual stock audits.

Monitor stock records, investigate discrepancies, and promptly report any concerns.

Identify early signs of stock loss and communicate them immediately to store management to help minimize risk.

Partner with the sales, management, and visual merchandising teams to maintain brand standards and ensure the right product assortment is available.

Customer Service

Maintain a strong presence in both the stockroom and on the sales floor, contributing to an exceptional customer experience.

Support the sales team by locating and providing products quickly and efficiently.

Help resolve customer concerns with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency.

Communicate clearly with your manager and colleagues to support store performance.

Commercial Performance and Teamwork

Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and key performance indicators through operational excellence.

Share relevant insights with your manager and support action planning to achieve business objectives.

Collaborate closely with all store teams to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.

Take ownership of your performance and consistently demonstrate the company’s values and expected behaviors.

Uphold Michael Kors presentation standards while contributing to an inclusive and respectful working environment.

What You’ll Need

Previous experience in stock management, back-of-house operations, or a retail environment.

Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.

The ability to remain focused and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

A solution-oriented, team-first mindset.

Reliability and the ability to follow tasks through to completion.

Confidence using digital tools and technology to support inventory management, sales, and operational efficiency.

An interest in fashion, luxury retail, and the Michael Kors brand.
