We’re looking for an experienced and values-driven Business Manager to lead our Southern Adelaide team. This is an exciting leadership opportunity to drive performance, build community partnerships, develop high-performing teams, and make a lasting impact on the lives of people seeking employment.

What you’ll do

Lead, coach and develop high-performing teams across multiple sites in Southern Adelaide.

Drive contractual performance, KPI achievement and continuous improvement initiatives.

Build strong relationships with employers, community organisations and local stakeholders.

Analyse performance data and implement strategies that improve participant outcomes.

Ensure compliance with IEA requirements, quality standards and WHS obligations.

What you’ll bring

Leadership experience within Employment Services, Disability Employment Services, Community Services or a similar sector.

Proven ability to lead teams and successfully manage performance outcomes.

Strong stakeholder engagement, relationship-building and networking capability.

A values-driven leadership style with a commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Current Driver Licence and ability to travel across the Southern Adelaide region.

Bonus points for

Experience leading multi-site service delivery operations.

Qualifications in Leadership, Management, Employment Services or a related field.

Knowledge of Inclusive Employment Australia, Workforce Australia or DES programs.

Established employer, community or industry networks within South Australia.

Experience leading teams through organisational change and growth.
