If you are a motivated project professional who thrives in a complex regulatory environment and is ready to contribute to meaningful reform, we encourage you to apply.

About us

The Office of the Registrar General (ORG) oversees the integrity, security, availability and performance of the NSW land title system. ORG maintains the policy and legislative framework that supports well-defined property rights across NSW. Operating at the intersection of law, technology and regulation, ORG regulates title operations, supports the continued digitisation of the land title system, and safeguards the accuracy and integrity of the State cadastre, while placing customers at the centre of decision-making. ORG plays a critical role in supporting confidence, innovation and trust in the NSW property system.

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

Lead the planning, delivery and governance of complex projects, ensuring scope, timelines, costs, quality and benefits are effectively managed.

Develop, implement and maintain project management plans, schedules and reporting frameworks to support successful project delivery.

Prepare clear and timely project updates, briefings and reports for executives and other key decision-makers.

Work closely with business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather input, resolve issues and support informed project decisions.

Engage and communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders to maintain alignment and support the achievement of project outcomes.

Balance competing priorities, dependencies and operational demands to ensure project objectives are delivered effectively.

Identify, manage and escalate risks, issues and dependencies in a timely and appropriate manner.

Provide direction and oversight to support project performance across internal initiatives and externally delivered projects.

Contribute to discussions and decisions that promote innovation, continuous improvement and best practice within ORG.

Lead problem-solving activities to address project challenges and support effective decision-making.

If you want to be part of this forward thinking, innovative team that thrive in challenging the status quo, we would love to hear from you!
