About the Role

We're hiring ambitious students and recent graduates who are passionate about AI, technology, startups, and sales. You'll help us acquire domestic and international clients for our AI and software development services by independently researching, generating, and qualifying leads.

you'll be responsible for finding opportunities, engaging potential clients, and contributing to business growth.

What You'll Do

Generate your own domestic and international leads.

Research companies and identify decision-makers.

Reach out via LinkedIn, email, networking, and other professional channels.

Schedule meetings and qualify prospects.

Work with the technical team to help close deals.

Maintain lead pipelines and CRM records.

Who Should Apply

Students or recent graduates in Engineering, MBA, BBA, BCA, MCA, or related fields who:

Are interested in AI, technology, and startups.

Have strong communication skills.

Enjoy networking and business development.

Can work independently and achieve targets.

Are comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.

Compensation & Growth

10–30% commission on every successfully closed project (based on deal size and contribution).

No earning cap.

After closing your first client, you'll become eligible for:

Paid internship with a monthly stipend.

Higher commission.

PPO / Full-Time role based on performance.

Ideal Candidate: Self-motivated, tech-savvy, sales-oriented, and eager to build a career in international business development and AI solutions.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
