We create impactful marketing campaigns, educational content, and memorable events, and we're looking for someone who can tell compelling stories, create engaging content, and help grow our brands across digital platforms.
Role Overview:-
We're looking for a creative professional with a passion for social media, content writing, and digital marketing. You'll be responsible for planning, creating, and managing engaging content while supporting our marketing campaigns through basic Meta Ads management and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities:-
1. Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
2. Write compelling captions, ad copy, campaign content, blogs, and promotional content.
3. Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars.
4. Create and edit short-form content ideas for Reels, Stories, and promotional videos.
5. Coordinate with the design team to ensure visually engaging social media creatives.
6. Publish and schedule content across multiple platforms.
7. Monitor social media trends and suggest creative campaign ideas.
8. Assist in creating, running, and monitoring Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
9. Perform basic audience targeting, budget management, and campaign optimization.
10. Track campaign performance and prepare simple reports using Meta Business Suite.
11. Engage with online communities by responding to comments and messages when required.
12. Maintain brand consistency across all digital communication.
Requirements:-
1. Minimum 6 months of experience in a Marketing Agency or Digital Marketing Agency (preferred).
2. Excellent English writing, editing, and communication skills.
3. Strong understanding of social media platforms and current digital trends.
4. Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.
5. Familiarity with audience targeting, boosting posts, and campaign optimization.
6. Ability to write engaging content for different industries and audiences.
7. Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Express, or similar creative tools is an added advantage.
8. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
9. Creative mindset with attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Location: Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad
