Overview:

Are you excited to join Collins Aerospace? The Contract Analyst is responsible for supporting contract intake, documentation, tracking, and record management while ensuring data accuracy and compliance with established processes. The role works closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely contract processing and maintain accurate contract records.

What You Will Do *

Perform initial intake of agreement requests via designated intake process

Maintain data accuracy across data tracking tools and systems;

Prepare contractual documents using approved templates and standards;

Monitor and manage centralized communication tools;

Log incoming requests, track status, and communicate with stakeholders;

Resolve intake questions and assist requestors with troubleshooting needs;

Route requests for review and approval according to established processes and standards;

Perform basic compliance checks to confirm required information and documentation are present;

Upload, index and maintain contract records in designated repository(ies);

Ensure contract records are properly named, filed, and retrievable

Support record maintenance and system updates;

Receive training on processes, standards and tools from senior team members;

Assist with process improvements through minor changes and updates;

Work under supervision with clearly defined procedures and escalation paths;

Recommend minor changes to systems or processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness;

Escalate complex or high-risk issues to senior analysts or management;

Log all turnback activities and identified issues into the designated tracking systems and databases;

Maintain the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of all records to support operational transparency, audit readiness and continuous improvement.

Qualifications You Must Have

A bachelor's degree with LLB preferred and up to 2 years prior relevant experience

Strong proficiency in written and spoken English

Qualifications We Prefer

Proficiency with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems; Icertis preferred

Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

Ability to follow defined processes and standards consistently

Basic understanding of document management and compliance principles
