Partner with in-season Merchandising, Planning, and Marketing teams to align seasonal product calendars and Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies, ensuring consistency across channels and markets.

Collaborate with cross-channel Merchandising teams on pre-season pricing strategies, including MSRP recommendations, to balance consumer value, competitive positioning, and business objectives.

Lead seasonal kick-off meetings with Commercial and Visual Merchandising teams, communicating key product priorities and strategic initiatives to ensure successful market execution.

Foster strong partnerships across Wholesale, Digital, Planning, and Commercial functions to drive an integrated market approach and unlock cross-channel growth opportunities.
