A growing claimant-side Employment Law practice is seeking an Employment Paralegal to work directly alongside a successful Employment Law Partner, acting as their trusted second-in-command.

You'll manage your own caseload, advise clients across a broad range of employment matters, draft legal documentation, coordinate Employment Tribunal proceedings, and play a key role in the continued growth of the practice.

✅ Ability to manage matters independently

✅ Strong drafting, client care and case management skills
