About Position:
We are seeking an experienced QA Duck Creek Engineer with strong expertise in Duck Creek testing, insurance domain workflows, functional testing, integration testing, and automation testing practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating Duck Creek applications across policy, billing, claims, rating, and integration areas while ensuring high-quality delivery for insurance platform implementations. This role requires a senior QA professional with hands-on experience in Duck Creek applications, insurance business processes, test strategy, defect management, and end-to-end quality assurance across enterprise insurance solutions.

What You'll Do:
Design and execute test scenarios for Duck Creek Policy, Billing, Claims, Rating, and Integration modules
Perform functional, regression, smoke, system integration, and end-to-end testing for Duck Creek implementations
Analyze business requirements, user stories, and configuration changes to prepare detailed test cases
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, product owners, and QA teams to validate insurance workflows
Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab, or Azure DevOps
Leverage AI-enabled tools and techniques for test case generation, defect analysis, automation optimization, and test coverage improvement
Analyze test execution results, identify root causes, and work with engineering teams to resolve defects
Perform API testing and validate backend integrations using tools such as Postman, REST Assured, or equivalent frameworks
Mentor QA team members, review automation code, and drive best practices across quality engineering
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality and timely delivery
Expertise You'll Bring:
10+ years of experience in QA automation, quality engineering, and test strategy
Strong hands-on experience with Playwright using JavaScript or TypeScript
Experience in web automation testing across modern browsers and enterprise applications
Strong understanding of automation framework design, Page Object Model, test data management, and reporting
Hands-on experience with API testing, REST services, and integration validation
Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab, or Azure DevOps
Experience with Git, code review practices, branching strategies, and automation repository management
Exposure to AI-assisted testing tools, GenAI-based test design, self-healing automation, or intelligent defect analytics
Education ? B.E. / B.Tech. / M.C.A. or equivalent qualification.
