Global Business Services provide industry leading financial services and accounting support from India and will migrate Cash Management Operations activities supporting Europe, Middle East and Africa.
What Role you will play in the team
The Cash Management Operations team supports 300 affiliates/JVs, executes over 2K intercompany transactions, and considers approximately 10K items for accurate cash forecasting for Europe, Middle East and Africa and coordinates with other Cash Management teams in Asia and Americas for corporate cash forecasting. The successful Cash Management Operations Analyst will be responsible for executing all daily operational processes related to cash flow forecasting, funding of business liquidity needs, cash concentration for global investing, intercompany foreign exchange, and investment/lending and borrowing transactions for all ExxonMobil Affiliates and Joint Ventures in the region.
What you will you do
Management, consolidation and review of EMEA Treasury Center and Affiliate/JV short-term and long-term expected cash flows
Provide reliable data to the Trading team to enable minimization of cash working capital for ExxonMobil globally
Manage EMEA Treasury Center Currency Pool accounts through daily reconciliation and forecasting of month end and quarterly balances
Manually fund/defund Affiliate/JV bank accounts based on daily reconciliation, balance forecasting and monitoring of bank exposure limits
Timely funding of accounts for external investments and FX transactions settled in bulk
Management of EMEA Treasury Center In-house Bank Intercompany settlements, including daily Central Clearing House (CCH) and notional settlements
Contribute to and/or manage projects, for example, Treasury Management System Upgrade, global cash forecasting tool improvements, corporate restructuring (acquisitions, divestments, new affiliates or country entry), migration of wok activities to/from EMEA Cash Management OperationCommunication with external financial counterparties as well as internal ExxonMobil stakeholders.
Job will be based in Bangalore Whitfield EM office for 5 days a week. (to be confirmed)
About you
Required skills and qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Cash Management, Treasury or Treasury Operations
Degree in Finance: Bachelor/Master/CMA/CPA/MBA/CA
Strong analytical skills and troubleshooting skills with ability to interpret complex data
Commitment to controls and operational excellence
Ability to effectively adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads and manage multiple stakeholders
Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with high accuracy
Sound communication skills for clear engagement with both internal and external counterparties
Digital acumen: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word), experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Snowflake, SAP and data analytics is an asset

The Cash Management Advisor- Advanced is responsible for delivering expert guidance and managing global liquidity and cash infrastructure
Job Role Responsibilities
Consolidate, validate, and contextualize cash flow forecasts across Global Treasury Centers, ensuring accuracy, visibility, and alignment with enterprise liquidity needs
Assess and compare alternative liquidity sources beyond cash balances (e.g. overdrafts, credit facilities) to optimize financial flexibility
Identify and implement strategies to optimize global cash balances across currencies, minimizing idle balances and reducing FX exposure
Lead the execution of complex treasury procedures, including cash concentration structures, in‑house banking transactions, and integration of new business activities
Partner with treasury leadership to drive efficiency and innovation in global cash management
Support special initiatives and strategic projects through analytical work, business case development, and recommendations
