How you succeed

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be able to distill complex data into actionable insights that drive business outcomes. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop analytics solutions that meet those needs. You'll need to be able to communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner and be able to influence business decisions through data-driven recommendations.

What you do

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key business metrics

Analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights that drive business outcomes

Collaborate with stakeholders to develop analytics solutions that meet business needs

Develop and maintain data models and databases to support business analytics

Communicate complex data insights to stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations

Who you are

A degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science

At least 3 years of experience in business analytics or a related field

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously

Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software
