Role Overview

You will play a key role in building, optimizing, and scaling the Snaphomz platform. You’ll work closely with AI, product, and design teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and well-designed applications. Your work will span modern frontend dashboards and tools, backend APIs and AI service orchestration, and cloud infrastructure that supports static hosting, serverless workloads, and global delivery.

You will contribute directly to user-facing experiences such as agent dashboards, conversational search interfaces, and internal tools, while also building the backend services and pipelines that integrate with external systems like MLS organizations, payment systems, auth services, and other relevant third party integrations. This is a hands-on role with real ownership and visible impact.

Responsibilities

You will design, build, and maintain the Snaphomz web platform using Next.js, React, Node.js, and modern frontend best practices. You will develop backend services and APIs using Node.js and Python frameworks such as FastAPI and Flask, powering AI-driven workflows, integrations, and data pipelines.

You will work extensively with AWS, including static hosting and global delivery using S3, CloudFront, and Route 53, and serverless application development using Lambda, API Gateway, and event-driven patterns. You will implement and manage email and notification workflows using services such as SES, and understand how these components fit together in production environments.

Infrastructure will be treated as code. You will define, generate, and maintain deployment pipelines using AWS CDK, Docker containers, and YAML-based configurations. You will be responsible for understanding and improving deployment procedures, environment management, and release workflows.

You will design and work with scalable data models using MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Firebase, ensuring performance, reliability, and clean abstractions. You will integrate external APIs such as MLS, Plaid, and Realfinity to support property, financial, and transactional data flows.

CI/CD is a core part of the role. You will set up, maintain, and improve pipelines using GitHub Actions, ensuring smooth deployments across platforms such as AWS, Vercel, GCP, or OCI. You will maintain clean, modular, and well-documented code, follow best practices, and participate actively in code reviews and technical discussions.

You will also explore, evaluate, and implement modern AI and automation tools, including components from Google Labs and Vertex AI, where they add real product value.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

2–5 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development

Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript with Next.js and React

Solid backend experience with Node.js and Python (FastAPI or Flask)

Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, data modeling, and distributed systems

Hands-on experience with AWS services including S3, Cognito, CloudFront, Route 53, Lambda, API Gateway, and SES

Experience with Docker, containerized deployments, and YAML-based configuration

Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Firebase Authentication

CI/CD experience using GitHub Actions and Git-based workflows

Experience integrating AI services such as OpenAI, Gemini, LangChain, or equivalent

Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills

Nice-to-Have

Experience in proptech, fintech, or real estate-related integrations

Prior work on multi-tenant SaaS platforms or data-heavy dashboards

Exposure to RAG architectures, AI orchestration, and agentic workflows

Familiarity with serverless patterns, GraphQL, or gRPC

Experience with Vertex AI, Google Labs tools, or similar AI platforms
