About the role

The Digital Operations Analyst serves as a key operational resource supporting the School's digital platforms, applications, and technology-enabled business processes. The incumbent provides day-to-day platform administration, end-user support, incident resolution, requirements gathering, testing, documentation, and process improvement support. Working within established policies and procedures, the position analyzes business and system issues of limited to moderate complexity and partners with stakeholders to ensure effective and reliable digital operations.

Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training

Two or more years of administrative operations experience.

Two or more years of experience in service-oriented environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to use sound judgment in responding to requests, issues, and concerns.

Strong interpersonal and active listening skills.

Solid organizational skills and ability to manage a high volume and variety of tasks.

Ability to use discretion and maintain confidentiality.

Solid knowledge of common computer application programs including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Ability set up and troubleshoot basic computer equipment and peripherals.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous administrative operations experience at University of California

Interpersonal and written communication skills to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
